This fun and energizing practice blends dynamic exercises that tone, elongate, and sculpt. You'll notice a fusion of Pilates, yoga, and breathing techniques as well as light cardio. The low-impact, heated class will help detoxify your body, build your heart rate, improve your core strength, enhance your posture, and build muscular endurance. 

This class welcomes all levels, is mat-based, and the room will be heated with added humidity to flush out toxins.
